| Looking for a responsible female to rent the room and your own private bathroom in shared condo close to Union Station and CN Tower. *The room is available for April or May The room is not furnished, what is pictured was my last roommates and she has moved out, so the furnishings are just for size of room visuals* Kitchen, living room, balcony are shared spaces. I have my room and own bathroom on opposite side of the condo. WIFI, Hydro bills included, access to washer and dryer in suite. Condo has 24 hrs security, indoor pool, sauna, weight room and cardio room, quiet office space, billiards room, guest suite to rent to family or friends. I have a small sweet dog that is here often or with his other human at another location. Looking for a chill female, not interested in any party animals or couples.
