| Hello everyone! My roommate and I are recent graduates from The University of Toronto, going to grad school abroad next fall. We are subleasing our rooms in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the Annex. It's fully furnished, all utilities included, and has internet. You'll get most of what is in the pictures, plus is 2 minutes away from Spadina St. and 10 minutes away from UofT. Sublease starts in July with flexible dates.
