One of the cutest neighborhood's I’ve ever lived in. What they say about the beaches is true, cottage town vibe while a short ride to downtown. Close to so much nature & you can even see the beach from some of the side streets! Takes about 20 minutes to walk down to Kew/Balmy Beach and you can do it through a gorgeous ravine. 30 min walk to Main Subway station & 20 min walk to Danforth Go station (you can transit there too just giving time reference). 24 hour streetcar steps away. Bedroom could easily fit a king size bed with room to spare. Huge skylight is the window in the room and it’s actually the most light filled room in the apartment. In search of someone who is friendly but will respect space, is tidy but loves weird little Knick knacks. Must love cats of course. Very comfortable discussing any issues that may arise or raising any concerns with the landlord. So far I haven’t had to deal with her much as there haven’t been any issues but she is quick to respond to my texts. Is this the spot for you?
