| Hi, I'm Akshat (he/him). I'm an undergraduate student at UofT who completed his 4th year, and is about to graduate. I'm looking to sublet my room (the first bedroom in photos) for July and August 2024 since I am going out of the country. The apartment is a 2-bedroom basement apartment in the Annex neighbourhood (a safe residential neighbourhood). It is fully furnished, with water and gas/heating included in the rent (but not electricity). The unit comes with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, plates and utensils. The bedroom has a bed, desk of drawers, table/chair, closet and lamp on the bedside table. I'm looking for a relatively quiet person because the landlords living upstairs want someone who doesn't make too much noise. If this listing is still up, that means I'm still looking.
