The apartment is huge for DT Toronto (over 1000 sq feet): Two Bedrooms, one full-bathroom, in-apartment laundry-storage room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room area with full sized table, living room area and large non-street facing balcony. Clean building with Kensington Market character (not a fancy new condo by any means). The bedroom available is approximately 10' by 13' with 4 walls, a floor, a ceiling, a big window, blinds, a ceiling fan, and a reach-in double closet. It is furnished with a queen size bed, a dresser, and some shelves. Your own desk office area in den / living room area will be provided. All utilities, heat, air conditioning, high speed WIFI - all included. Also included - Fully furnished and bedding and towels are available. But that is. not all - there is also biweekly apartment (and room if you like) cleaning service - every other Friday morning the wonderful cleaning people come and make the place shine. Nicely appointed apartment - cozy environment - art filled - unique place. Great location. Me: Male academic - professor - working on finishing a PhD (slowly).
