| Update, landlord is planning uk trip early. Means i am only seeking one more for when he returns. Ultimately we get 2 by jan 1st. Bed and breakfast everyday per week or month. Great main floor dwelling with spacious backyard bbq big front porch. All expenses included for 650 per month. Legal two exit huge kitchen and sunny dinner table room. Smoking only outside. Lots of computers and audio. Lots of work in the future for trades oriented roommates. Culinary experts handymen and tech gurus most welcome too. The shed needs a rebuild and there is storage offsite for extra $. It is short term but it can be long term for the right person. It is furnished with everything but bunk beds. If you work from home using zoom or streaming this is the place for you. If you just want to sleep when you are home even better. Carnivores welcome as the fridge will always be full. Must have an income and must be willing to contribute. High ceilings and respect for one and all. Perfect for ones that don't have guests. First and last required of 650 per month. Landlord will sign your odsp papers with proper identification. Landlord will be leaving in December for a month or more. Floor is solid so the heavy footers can use the washroom without disturbing others. Ideally great for 3 or 4 friends to share ideas and help each other out. If you take quick showers daily and live light know how to conserve power and heat then we might all get along. There are many that might be interested but not yet chosen to network together in this situation. If you work near ossington and queen or dundas this is great for those who are tired of long commutes. This ad is suited for long term short term storage and more. My current landlord wants to sell and has not listed yet but my new landlord has plenty for me to do.
