| We are looking for a third roommate to live with us starting September 2024. The apartment is in a vibrant area close to downtown and has easy access to the subway or streetcar (only a 2 min walk away from Broadview Station.) Our place is located above a storefront on Danforth Avenue and we have a No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart along with lots of great restaurants and shops in the area. The room for rent is located on the south side of the building and includes a closet in the hallway to store your items. We share a large kitchen that has access to a lovely back porch which is great for hanging out in the summer. We also have a cozy shared living room with a large bay window so there is great lighting. The apartment has one bathroom that is newly updated. The room can come with a bed if you need one and a stand up air conditioner. Utilities are not included, we split the hydro and internet between the three of us. We are pet friendly! We own 2 cats and a few small mammals currently. We have access to a nearby laundromat and also have a mini washing machine at the apartment with a clothes line on the roof.
