Fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and kitchen linens supplied and kept up for you. -Rooms have a locked door, bedding is supplied and laundered for you on a regular basis. Rooms are furnished with Queen size bed, desk, dresser and a comfortable chair. -All inclusive, heat, hydro, water, WiFi are included in your rent. A tv is provided in your private room with Google chromecast, all included. Cleaning products are supplied and main areas are overseen for cleaning. Floors, kitchen and bathroom are regularly cleaned and maintained. We do short term rental as well as long term rental. You must be tidy and working full time to apply. -Landlord, owner is on site in separate lower level unit. Rental Agreement accepted by Landlord filled out by you, then first and last month's rent secures your spot. -Present group are quiet professionals.
