OCCUPANCY: This is a zero-bedroom (Bachelor) occupancy rental. It is appropriate for 1 non-smoking adult professional occupant. It is not suitable for more than one occupant. Unfortunately, this cottage is not a wheelchair accessible. There is also a detached garage on the property, however, it is not included for tenant use. YARD/PARKING: Fenced front yard and fully fenced back yard; gate in front and in back. Insulated & shingled dog house is available for tenant use. Driveway has 2 parking spaces with outlets for block heaters during winter 4 large raised garden beds for tenant use (vegetables, flowers, herbs); can use or leave empty.
