I'm currently looking to fill 5 rooms for Brock university students ( FEMALES ) 6 Bedrooms (3 upstairs + 3 downstairs) 2 full bathroom ( 1 upstairs + 1 downstairs) 4 Bedrooms are up for $700/ per month 1 Bedroom is up for $650/ per month It includes 4 parking spots on drive way Entirety of the house will be furnished apart from the bedrooms (I.e, living room, dining room, kitchen, etc) Multiple bus routes to and from Brock University/ less then a 5 minute drive I included a picture on Google maps of how far it is from the campus! Rent will be 1 year from June 2024 until end of May 2025 I'll also be a freshman at Brock in the fall living in the house (that's why there are only 5 rooms available)!
