| Hi, I am moving back to my hometown in July and looking for someone to take over my lease from July 8 to October 31. I will pre-pay the rent for July and October(I have already paid October), and you will pay the rent for August and September directly to the landlord. The rent is 1600 per month, and you will need to pay me half the rent for July and a whole month of Oct first, then pay the rent for Aug and Sept monthly :) You are also welcome to extend the lease if you would like. In conclusion, upfront pay is 2400, and you can come to get the keys on July 8th and move in anytime after that day. The upfront fees will need to be paid after you get approved by the landlord. The lease will be out of the market between June 15-25 if no one is interested. The apartment is located at Carlton st and Sherbourne st, a very convenient location in downtown Toronto; the unit is a spacious studio. Heat is included, but no AC and a shared laundry room exist. The unit has two large closets, a bathtub and shower, and a kitchen with a fridge; the unit is big enough for one person with a pet. Street Parking is available with additional fees. You are welcome to visit the unit with requests. For your convenience, Please provide two valid government-issued photo IDs, a sin number, an employment letter, a credit report and bank statements if you would like to take over my lease (these must be followed and required by the landlord and the building manager, they will start a new contract with you) |
