| Beautiful one bedroom with a private bathroom. In unit laundry , dishwasher and a big balcony. We have an amazing view of the beautiful skyline and the CN tower. The living room is furnished but the bedroom is not i can leave the bedframe if youd like. You need to be ok with a Dog as the other person living has a frenchie. He’s very friendly and very social. We also have a parking and a storage included in our lease. Water and Heat are included Hydro and wifi are extr which comes around $50-$60 pm . Which gets recovered from the parking that we have rented out. If you need the parking we can stop renting it out to someone else. We also have a locker for the unit included in our rent. Available October 1st 2024. You will be taking over my lease . A new lease will be drafted on your name. So looking for someone who has stable income, good credit score.
