Building amenities include - games room, indoor swimming pool, sauna, basket ball court , and plenty other things. 5min walk to highpark, lake, Sobeys , shoppers drug mart etc. and 5min drive to Costco, and plenty of restaurants along Bloor st and rocensvelles on the other end. Possibility of extending the lease in case needed, can be discussed closer to the end date. And, Unable to accommodate any pets, sorry! And No Smoking whatsoever.
