| Hello! My name is Taylor. I'm looking for a roommate to share my new place with me and my beagle. I'm moving in July 1st. I'll have the apartment furnished within a week of moving in excepting the second bedroom. 1075 sqft, laundry in-unit, a/c, balcony, gym in-building Utilities, internet, heat will be covered by me. Parking spots are available from the building for $50/month. Rent for the apartment is $3000 inclusive so I think $1400 for you is fair. I'm a fairly relaxed guy but I also value keeping the home clean and reasonably quiet. The beagle is well-behaved but is sometimes nervous around larger dogs.
