Urban Native Housing Program Rentals Native People of Sudbury Development Corporation (NPSDC) is accepting applications for three (3) bedroom units to rent in Sudbury, Ontario. Heat is paid by the landlord and each rental unit is supplied with a fridge and stove. NPSDC housing units are allocated based on family size, are located in many different areas, and are of various types. Rents are based on income, so tenants must provide detailed income information. Families of Indigenous ancestry (Status, Non-Status, Inuit and Métis) are encouraged to apply for housing. At least 50% of the household must be of Indigenous ancestry to qualify for a rental unit. Applications can be obtained by calling or visiting the Native People of Sudbury Development Corporation office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays at: 68 Xavier Street, Sudbury, Ontario P3C 2B9 (705) 674-9996 or toll free 1-800-300-6713 Applications are also available online at www.nativehousing.org.
