I am renting the other bedroom of my apartment for 1000$, but if you want to share with another person, it would be 700$ each. Preferably students. I don't accept couples. Minimum stay is 6 months and first & last rent are required. Utilities and a parking spot are included. You have to be respectful, clean and a non-smoker. Pets are allowed. Available in mid October or earlier.
