| Hello everyone ! My names Derek, I work full time in London and I'm looking for a decent sized room to rent or basement. I don't want to pay anymore than 650 to 700 for a room and willimg to pay 750 to 775 for a basement. I have 2 mini fridges , and a mini freezer and queen size bed and 65 inch TV and 2 dressers. I need decent internet as well or willing to split on it. I don't smoke but I do drink beer. I'm clean quiet and keep to myself . LOOKING FOR JUNE 1 !! if interested, please send me a message .
