| Hey there everyone , im a 40 year old male ,looking to find a decent sized room to rent for no more than 650 to 700 and 750 ish for a basement to rent if anyone has anything available. I'm looking for Sept 1 . I'd obviously like my own place but with the cost of living in general it's ridiculous. I have 3 dressers, a queen size bed and a 65 inch TV.
