My ideal roommate is somebody who doesn’t smoke cigarettes, and is a relatively clean person and is looking for a clean and safe house to live in. Somebody’s age sex race does not matter to me. I need help with my rent because inflation sucks and I have a four bedroom main level house to myself. Your choice: you can share the large fridge and freezer with one other person or you can have a private smaller fridge/freezer in your room or in the kitchen included in this room rental. Private bathroom storage for your personals and private kitchen storage for your food/cutlery/cookware/dishes etc. ( cookware can also be included if you did not have any ) . First and Last Month rent required. References are preferred. Includes some extra storage in the workshop, usage of the firepit in the backyard, usage of the patio chairs at the back of the property. Ability to add your own table or chairs to the backyard or add a bbq. OPTION B) 2 Rooms for Rent. $1200 inclusive (util and wifi ) AVAILABLE JULY 1, 2024. Short or Long Term. Main Level. Private and unfurnished room 9.6x9 bedroom with two closets and a Window facing the back/side yard PLUS a semi private ( because there’s no door ) 10x10 half done open concept old dining room turned into office space? Faces front of the home. It would make a good office or a reading room. There’s no soundproofing in that room, and it is not ideal to make that a living area.( feel free to put a barn door on & make the space your own )! Two rooms are yours and private. First and Last Months Rent Required. Includes some extra storage in the workshop, usage of the firepit in the backyard, usage of the patio chairs at the back of the property.
