Spacious open concept living / dining rooms. Ceiling is now white (not blue). 2nd floor laundry! TWO FULL BATHROOMS both with bathtubs and showers! Available immediately (negotiable). 1st and last month’s rent due at lease signing. Smoking prohibited inside the house, must smoke outside the house. If ad is up then place is still available (no lease signed yet). No need to ask if place is still available. To schedule a viewing I will need some preliminary basic information FIRST.
