It does NOT have an updated kitchen but I may consider re-doing/refacing the kitchen cabinets and countertop for the right tenants/family (not students as they are short term). Great for raising a family but students are welcome. ALL 5 bedrooms are generous size (no closet-size bedrooms!) Must be seen to be appreciated. Two of the bedrooms on the main floor have double doors backing onto huge deck and good size back yard! This is the main profile pic....the BACK of the house. (The two main floor bedrooms can obviously be used for other purposes..office, play room, etc) Does have a single garage for storage. Great Old Glenridge area (north of Edgedale). Spacious open concept living / dining rooms. Ceiling is now white (not blue). 2nd floor laundry! TWO FULL BATHROOMS both with bathtubs and showers! Available immediately (negotiable). 1st and last month’s rent due at lease signing. Smoking prohibited inside the house, must smoke outside the house. If ad is up then place is still available (no lease signed yet). No need to ask if place is still available. To schedule a viewing I will need some preliminary basic information FIRST.
