| I have a five bedroom house with three other tenants and they have been with me for quite a while and they all have full-time jobs and they are rarely home .as the owner I also travel a lot so I am rarely home also. The room includes all utilities and Wi-Fi but no parking is available. you will need to find parking on the street. I will except a small dog as I have a dog, but the dog travels with me 95% of the time. if you decide to take care of the dog when I don’t take him with me, I will reduce the rent for you. years ago, I had a tenant that stayed with me for 22 years so I treat my tenants well. there are two full bathrooms in the house so you will share.. I am LGBTQ friendly. seniors are welcome also. The tenants here are extremely quiet and so no parties. I am located on Chaplin Avenue near York Street in St Catharines. students and people with full-time jobs are welcome as well as seniors. It is available either October 15 or November 1 |
