An extra Room (180 sq. ft.) =$165 monthly Electricity & water may be available for an additional fee. There may be a 3 pc washroom available & an outdoor latrine is available. 3.) An extra larger Room (390 sq. ft.) =$225 monthly Electricity & water may be available for an additional fee. There may be a 3 pc washroom available & an outdoor latrine is available. These units are presently available as a Recreational Property under a day to day - weekly rental agreement until a few more upgrades are completed on the property.
