| I am looking to rent my beautiful house located on the Severn River in Severn Bridge for 6 months over the Winter, November 1-April 30. -House is 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath. -Rent is $3,300/month this includes internet. -You will be responsible for paying hydro & propane. -First and last months rent will be required upfront. Primary Bedroom – King bed with ensuite, located on upper floor. Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with ensuite, located on lower floor. Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with gas fireplace and access to backyard via French door. -Washer and dryer located on lower level of house. -Kitchen its fully stocked pots, pans, silverware, plate ware etc. -Pool will be closed for the winter and there will be no maintenance. -You will be required to look after any snow removal over the winter. Snowblower provided. -Rent will be due on the 1st of the month -Hydro is due upon the bill which is the 15th of the month. -Propane is due upon invoice – this is as needed.
