| We have a beautifully furnished bedroom available for rent in an upscale, safe Toronto East neighbourhood. We are a 10 min walk to Warden subway station, close to amenities and we back onto a wooded ravine & park which is great for nature walks. The room is on the lower level of the house in a beautifully furnished renovated 3 bedroom basement unit with high ceilings. This room has a shared bathroom (just with one other person) with large vanity, two sinks and rents for $1,100 per month. You will also have access to a shared kitchen, living room with large screen TV. Internet, utilities, and laundry facilities are also included. Who we are: We are a friendly same sex Canadian family who have welcomed people into our home from all over the world for over 10 years now. We consider our guests as family. You will not find a more welcoming and friendly group of people anywhere. We have a 5 year old dog named Lucy and a cat named Rosko. Both are very friendly (I’m sorry but we can’t bring on any more pets). Who you are: We are looking for SINGLE person (sorry, no couples) who is clean, has an income, and is respectful and friendly to others. It is very important that you are clean and like things clean. Our guests are very special to us and we only accept exceptional people here who are trustworthy, respectful and clean. First and last month’s rent up front is required. You need to either have a job or have a secured income to stay with us. If you would like to see the room for yourself, you are welcome to reach out to me and we can set up a time for a viewing.
