It is equipped with an en-suite washer and dryer, two door fridge, stove/oven and microwave. It also has a beautiful patio that overlooks the compound. The kitchen and main bathroom will be shared with 3 other tenants. All utilities are included (Hydro, Internet, Water and Heat). Internet is a high speed 1.5 Gigabit Bell Fibe connection, with a Wi-fi pod for great connectivity in every room. The compound contains an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, visitor parking and car wash.
