| Hi Everyone, been on the hunt for an mainfloor/upstairs or small full home for about 3months now. Need 3+ Rooms/ 2 Bath. I'm looking for monthly cost of 2400-3000 which in the vast search I have seen multiple but due to the follow circumstances agents will not help nor will owners accept. I need help and support. Unfortunately my Credit Score took a hit due to a long time friend (moreso brother to me) taking his own life back in November. Had to do consumer proposal to manage everything. I have rebuilt my credit score to mid 500s from 0 since the beginning of the year. It's how proposals work sadly. Besides that full credit history is clean. I'm a sole proprietor and I've been running the business out of the home Im at now; for all 6years I've been here.Trigger Sports Therapy; private master coach and therapist is my business. Please if you have time look at my reviews on Google; you'll to be to see the character and man I am. I don't drink, I don't smoke and I don't throw parties. I'm very clean and have a big green thumb. The owner now wants to move his kids into this home in late summer/early fall. I have been denied becuase Im a single male, not a family, a woman or regular 9-5 slave; quote on quote... "AAA" tenant. I make over 75k annual and have been a "AAA" tenant in this owners eyes for the entirity of my stay. I have been renting for over 16yrs and truly your home will be my home.
