| I have a private room available in 2 bedroom apartment at 750 morningside avenue available July first. Your share of rent will be 1,200.79 / mo + half of utilities (electricity, wifi, insurance, and water), this works out to be roughly ~ $ 1,300 / mo or less. Unit is ~ 10 minute walk from UTSC and very close to the 116 / 905 (~ 30 minutes to get to Kennedy subway station). Parking is available underground or outside at extra cost. Unit has a dishwasher and balcony, and is ~ 899 sqft! I am a PhD student (non-smoker) who has been living here for ~ 2 years, you will only require furniture for your bedroom, everything else is furnished. I am looking for someone to be added as an occupant to my active lease to maintain rent at its current price (and maintain rent control).
