It is very spacious and well-lit, with multiple windows facing the rear of the property which backs on to Highland Creek, offering both a private and quiet atmosphere. This unit is the largest room in the house, measuring in at approximately 200 sq ft, and includes two large closets as well as a private ensuite washroom equipped with a bathtub and high-pressure shower head. The room also has a sliding door which connects it to the rear balcony, which can be used as a shared seating area, garden or exercise/tanning area. The bedroom comes fully furnished (as seen in pictures) or can be emptied out to accommodate your own furniture. This property is a multi-dwelling unit and currently houses 4 tenants, two female students sharing a room on the main floor and two professional males in separate units in the basement, one of whom is the property owner. All current tenants are clean and quiet and often remain within the confines of their own rooms when not working.
