| Cozy room, quiet, spacious and clean house and bedroom. Literally 1 min to Victoria subway station and 13 minutes to downtown(Bloor and Yonge Station) by train. Roomate will be sharing balcony, kitchen, living room and bathroom only with me and my 15 months old infant who is attending daycare. I also offering many amenities such as a closet; a bedroom's fridge, Iron with ironing table. I'm a Bilingual Host(French and English) The room is located in an Appartment building. Great neighborhood near Victoria Park Subway Station (1 minute walk), Downtown(15 minutes to Bloor and Yonge), 15 minutes away to Scarborough Town Centre. Full access is giving to the Kitchen,Living Room, bathroom and balcony(Trust me the view to the Lake Ontario is spectacular). Regarding the laundry Room accomodation, a laundry card will be giving to you at your check in. The card can be charged at a laundry room by using Credit or debit card. I like interacting with people in general if they feel comfortable doing so. But I also like them having their own space and privacy, I'm not intrusive. If both of us are at home and you feel like talking I will be happy engage. The place is clean and organized. If you don't have an habit to clean and tide after using shared spaces please don't contact. Thanks. |
