Kitchen has been revamped with more cupboards, new lighting and more space. All main floor and upper windows are newer making your heating and ac bills lower. Dining room is a small addition if you are comparing it to other wartimes (more space). It also has a full basement which many houses in the tree streets do not have. It is perfect for storage and laundry. Fully fenced backyard with a new side deck that was just replaced last summer. There is a small shed where you can store YOUR lawnmower.
