and yet easily accessible. The building's infrastructure allows you to choose between cable
 (Cogeco) and Bell Fibe internet services. The rear of the building has two large decks which include a sitting 
area, pergola and small charcoal BBQ for those nice summer days. If you have a vehicle registered in your name, we’ll also INCLUDE 
one (1) parking space. Additional spaces may be available for rent. 
 LOW TRAFFIC ADULT BUILDING... As this is an ADULT low-rise building the majority of our units are
occupied by single adults of all ages. 
 This means there is only light traffic in the common areas, and 
no elevators to bottle neck your path to your apartment door. We also have sanitizing stations throughout the building for those still practicing frequent hand cleaning.
