| I am a mature student (29 year old female) heading into the Health Sciences program at Queens. I am looking for two roommates to live with me and my two dogs in a house on 128 Chatham street, about 1.5 km from Queens. I am pretty quiet and keep to myself. So I am looking for other people who are respectful of quiet study times and who like dogs. The bedrooms have tall 9ft ceilings and nice big windows. Washer and dryer downstairs. The house has a nice back yard and is close to downtown and Queens (15-20min walk). It is also about a two-minute walk to division street to catch a bus to queens if you don’t feel like walking. $950 INCLUSIVE (wifi and utilities included), 1 year lease starting September 1st, but a slightly earlier move-in day can be accommodated. Currently the rooms are unfurnished, but can be furnished if preferred. Happy to give more details and/or set up a viewing. |
