This is a lease takeover, due to unfortunate circumstances I will have to be leaving this beautiful apartment because of my jobs situation. The lease for this unit (808) runs out in June of 2025. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit situated on 8575 Riverside Dr E and has a gorgeous west facing view of downtown Detroit and the St.Clair river. Looking to move out as soon as I can but I have yet to put a date on it but if interested I will for sure be willing to figure out a date. This building has above and below ground parking if you are in need, a pool, workout/game room, library and laundry amenities. As for utilities heat and water are included you only pay hydro. The building is also just minutes away from most anything you could need such as grocery stores, lcbo, tecumpsy mall etc. Lastly if interested in keeping the furniture or other such things around the apartment it can be discussed or cleared out it is completely up to you.
