| 1. Rooms: two (2) bedrooms on different floors, both with a password lock to ensure privacy, queen-size bed, private bathroom, bathtub, desk, chair, and window / balcony for nice view and lighting. Other necessities like clothes racks, floor lamp and garbage bins, are also provided if needed. The rooms are your great choice when you want to move in asap without having to worry about shopping for furniture and necessities right away. 2. House: newly renovated with new appliances and wooden floor, in Leslie & Elgin Mills, close to hwy 404. Walking distance to Costco, Michael’s, Dollarama, Staples, Petsmart, Richmond Green Park etc. * We are open to take High School students (such as in Richmond Grewn High School) in and be their host families, or co-op students who are looking for short-term stays. 3. Landlord: a couple, working remotely. We are quite, respectful, clean and organized at home. We have 4 pets (2 dogs & 2 cats). Tenants with 1 well behaved cat are welcomed, but no capacity for more cats or dogs at the moment. 4. Rent: 1500/month for 3-months lease or less for one person per room. Price slightly negotiable for longer-term leases. Utilities included. Parking included. 5. Tenants: we require a copy of your driver’s license, credit report, employment letter / coop letter (if employed), and reference from your previous landlord.
