| I'm looking for a healthy environment. Smokers, light THC endeavors , family and pet friendly . ( i have no pets) but love them.. I don't smoke inside. But I go for frequent outdoor walks.... Very clean and social . Great cook btw! Going through financial reajustements, and downsizing. Need a roommate that's not a slump. My only vice, or prerequisite is my loving girlfriend. Once a month or so, when bad weather dictates an occasional sleep over. .for safeties sake. Otherwise, so quite, and mature. I don't even freaking know how to sell myself here! ..just saying, if we're going to be good roommates, it could last for years. Pet friendly, 420 friendly & nicotine with its limitations that our place doesn't smell like an ashtray! Lol I'm posting this because most renters are crazy about their standards. I'm not. But will always work hard to accommodate and satisfy living standards. I'm very cultured, worked in 55÷ different countries. From dishwasher, bar management...and office management. I just want a place to start over and Save money. If you're a good honest person, I'm definitely not going anywhere soon. Hard times. No doubt! But I've been there, done that with a positive attitude But how otherwise can i ever look for a room to rent. Can anyone be honest here? Jeez..... Just need a healthy place while I turn this around. Got a million dollar smile, and attitude. Are you mature and serious? I'm in.... Btw. If you're a musician , it's a definite plus...... I have no issues with vices, as long as it's a healthy environment with a healthy vibe and a clean kitchen, because I'm a great cook btw. Just simply looking for a good soul who also wants to elevate the norm. I don't do well with stupid carefree, street wise wannabe lost people. All I want is peace, and if lucky enough, enjoy a fire pit, good chill music and a light cocktail. All the vices are there, but with a gentleman's endeavor . So if you're renting or have space in your house. Think of me with kindness.... Hard times ... Can anyone here relate? I'm starting over and do what I can for my son. It's not even a renters call. I just want to feel at home somehow in Edmonton, close enough to my ex and son. |
