| Wanted- Looking to Timeshare an apartment Dwtn Toronto Ideal for someone who commutes to Toronto for work. I am NOT looking for a roommate. Looking for a place downtown between University Ave and High Park / Bloor and King…downtown west. Prefer a condo with a pool/sauna or an older place with character near Dovercourt/College YMCA. Must have an outdoor space/balcony. A one or two bedroom place would be ideal. Looking for fall…sooner or later would be ok too. My budget is $1000 per month. Contact me if you have a place, or want to partner up to look for the ideal space to share. I only need the place on weekends- Friday night until Monday morning but I don’t want to share a space or pay for a private air bnb or hotel. Looking for someone in a similar situation to share a place with…share rent and both on the lease. Or do you have a place in Toronto and find you are away most weekends but don’t want to hassle with air bnbing it…maybe this arrangement would work for you? Or you are a landlord/rental agent who is willing to let me sublet/air bnb the space on weekdays when I don’t need it. |
