| Three friendly environmental STEM majors looking for similar fourth and fifth to fill the last two rooms of a house. Whole house is ours, private backyard and porch space. Good area. Whole house is furnished and all inclusive. Room can be partially furnished. $750 all inclusive, legal sublease. Communal TV and PS4 upstairs, three couches, and a weirdly tall dinner table. And approximately a hundred plants. Roommates are easygoing and friendly, mid 20s male. We're all fairly quiet and clean and keep to ourselves but enjoying having a beer and a smoke on the porch together. 420 friendly. Small pets are okay, no other cats (current cat hates them). Basement rooms have windows. One has private a/c control, one has a bookshelf on the wall. Laundry on site, free. Two bathrooms, two showers. Ceilings in basement are a bit low.
