| Looking for housemates for a shared home in Warkworth, for January 1. Preference given to short term rentals, open to longer rentals if the fit is good for all. Currently two rooms are available: both with bright light and roomy closets. These two rooms share a private upper floor with (full) bathroom; and with a third housemate share: the kitchen, living room + dining room. Laundry onsite, parking available. Rooms range from $750 - $900 Nighttime quiet (10pm - 6am) is valued in all shared living spaces, as this is a full time working/early morning runner/introvert kind of home.
