We are two mature adults looking for the right roommate to become part of our small house hold community. We are passionate about health and one of us works part time from home. We enjoy good conversations and keeping a tidy clean home, especially for game nights and visiting and cooking together and with friends. The rent is $750 + 50 for the all inclusive coverage of: including utilities, high speed fibre optic internet, heat, hydro, t.p, paper towel/sponges, dish and hand soaps etc. Relaxing seasonal balcony with hammock and plants. There are laundry amenities on site for an additional one time fee (fee includes eco-friendly laundry soap. We have a cozy communal living room space with a comfy chair and couch to chill, socialize and study in. For students or working professionals at Trent and Fleming: We are located on both bus routes for Fleming and Trent. Bus stops are located just across the street at a 2 minutes walk away. Bus stop for the downtown terminal is about a 5 minute walk north on Monaghan rd. We are located in Peterborough’s South end. This area of town is surrounded by two locally run and family loved restaurants, beautifully wooded walking and bicycle trails Under 10 minute walk to grocery store and mall, close to the laundromat. A short walk to YMCA, Starbucks, book store, fast food restaurants and Costco and memorial centre and Morrow building (Location of weekly Farmer’s markets and sports events.)
