We are now looking to rent another room, preferably to an Indian or South Asian female student. As a household, we believe that sharing a similar cultural background would make it easier for the student to adapt and feel comfortable living here. There is a private 3-piece washroom. Located on the first floor with other bedrooms. Shared Spaces: Living rooms, Drawing room, one kitchen with a kitchen table, and one dining room. Location and Amenities: The house is newly built and situated in the north end of Peterborough. Close to all amenities, including Metro, Sobeys, and Walmart, TD BANK, dOLLAR tree, Dollarama. Public transport options: Bus #2 and Bus #8 run every 20 minutes, directly connecting to Lansdowne, Trent University, and other key locations. It’s an 8–10 minute drive to Trent University, with a car. Rent Details: Rent: $700 per month (inclusive of utilities, internet, parking, and laundry).
