| Hi everybody! ~room for may~ My wife and I are looking for a LGBTQ+ friendly femme identifying person in their late 20’s/early 30’s to join our vibrant, cozy home starting in May. We are a queer married couple in our late 20s, we love movie nights, games, and the occasional get-together with friends. The house: On the main floor, there is a master bedroom (occupied by ourselves), a bathroom, two living rooms, and a large kitchen/dining area. Your room will be on the second floor, which contains a second bathroom, bedroom and an office/guest room. We also have a large backyard with a shed. The house has AC, in unit laundry and is close to downtown and bus routes. The room is $725 all inclusive, spacious and comes with a closet. No parking is available at this time. We have two friendly cats, and unfortunately cannot take any more pets at this time as one of them is very territorial. We’re looking for mature students, masters students, or young professionals who are tidy (able to participate in cleaning shared spaces). We are a smoke-free home, but 4:20 outside is ok.
