| Hello! Welcome to our home!! We’re located close to Fleming college, one minute walk to the bus stop, 10-15 minute walk to Fleming college. Our house is filled with love, so we will be renting out a room to a respectful college student. Our home has two very playful little girls 3yrs old and 1yrs old. In our home we have a small Dog (chorkie) And 2 kitties. You’re more than welcome to hang out in our home with us… because we’re awesome!!! ..but won’t be offended if you spent most of your time and school and in your room! Both daughters sleep well through the night, so student would have peace and quiet at night time. I’m sorry but : No laundry No additional pets Parking (possible) Utilities and internet included with rent. Desk and chair can be provided, bring your own bed :) |
