Outdoor parking spot, laundry, wifi and utilities are all inclusive. Partially furnished can include desk, book case, couch, ottoman, queen sized bed, apartment sized washer and dryer, two dressers and the bar stools. It’s elevator accessible on the second floor. There are three large closets but one of the closets do take up space with the washing and dryer. One closet in the bedroom and two others in the hallway which isn;t shown. Perfect for a mature student or working professional. 6 minute walk from the grocery store and other local businesses. I am looking for a responsible, clean, quiet, non smoker to take a sublet of my apartment for a year. They have great staff to fix any problems. Most people in the building are seniors or working professionals. I have really lovely neighbours :) I’ve been here two years and absolutely love it. It’s been a really great first apartment for me! I have fallen in love with it, so I do want to come back to it. It is a locked unit with cameras so for anyone to get in they either have to get buzzed in or have a key. I’m finishing my last year of school in Toronto so would like someone to sublet it for a year. I do require references, rental application and a credit score check. There is a small park/ green space beside the building. The unit is 1535 but I would be willing to negotiate between that and 1450. The size of the size of the unit is a standard one bedroom but I haven’t gotten the dimensions. I’m happy to contact the office if you need to know the actual size. Thank you! |
