One of our two tenants is graduating and moving out. The tenant who is continuing her lease, is a lovely, quiet and mature Nursing student. The apartment is in a great location in the North end of Peterborough, on Bellevue St off of Chemong Rd. One bus (#3) to Trent and one bus (#6) to Fleming. Laundry is on site. Rent includes utilities. Parking is available. We are a young couple living in the main house. Access to the basement apartment is through the back yard. The prospective tenant must be comfortable with dogs, as we have a loving and energetic dog who has access to the yard. Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere on site.
