| We are a mature couple looking to rent a one bedroom apartment on an ongoing basis. We are very clean, quiet, responsible and respectful. We have no pets and will not have overnight guests. H&H included is a must. Wifi and on-site laundry not necessary but would certainly be beneficial. My husband has guaranteed income through CPP and OAS as he is a pensioner. I am in the beginning stage of applying for a college to earn a second diploma. We are very serious applicants and are anxious to find a suitable place to call home.
