| One bedroom ( 9 by 10) in the upstairs of a family friendly home. Students only please! No Couples! The room is not for sharing! No Drugs ( Including Cannabis). No Vaping! Cigarette smoking permitted outside only. If you do not like dogs or cats or are allergic please do not respond to this ad. We have three dogs and two cats. They have free range of the house, but will not be allowed in the room for rent. You are responsible for buying your own groceries including your own high efficiency laundry soap, fabric softener and/or dryer sheets. You must provide your own towels and bedding please. The rent is $800 and includes all utilities. The room has a full sized bed, large dresser, small fridge and good sized closet. The room offers natural light. The house is located on a quiet, mature street in the North end of Peterborough. It’s in walking distance to a bus stop for Trent and Fleming students. Walmart, Metro and other stores within 30 minutes walking distance. No parking available. There is a t.v. in the room, with Cogeco. Guests are welcome with 24 hours notice. The upstairs bathroom is shared with the homeowners and their adult daughter. Shared use of kitchen, living room and dining room. Shared use of backyard. Laundry on site. First and last months’ rent is required. No Exceptions! A Rental Agreement is required. Room viewings are to be held in person. No virtual viewings.
