| Are you a professional or student coming to town to work? *** feel free to message us to see if one of our two rooms are available ☆☆☆☆ Please note: We are exempt from the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act. We are looking for up to 2 room mates, for our two premium furnished bed rooms in our 2400 sq ft home we affectionately call Pippers House. Lots of room for privacy for everyone. Safe and secure. Shared amenities. Lower level has a keyed furnished King bedroom, and a keyed furnished Queen bedroom, family room with a 55" smart tv , wood fireplace , wifi, central air, shared bathroom (with one person) with soaking tub and walk in shower, and with equal shared storage drawers and cupboards. Shared lower level kitchenette for light cooking with microwave, hot air fryer, Keurig, Covered patio with Bbq. Shared fridge/freezer for room mates on our lower level ( which is above ground). Parking at lower level. Shared main floor well appointed kitchen , and powder room. Only 5 minutes drive to WPSHC. We provide Weekly House Cleaning, Linens, bedding, towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer and toilet paper , and garbage pick up daily. We are close enough to hear the sounds of Parry Sound and the trains but lucky enough to enjoy nature and privacy on our 25 acres. Room mates must promptly clean up after themselves including dishes, and be courteous to others. Rooms are rented for single occupancy only. No smoking/vaping indoors, no over night guests/ without permision, no pets $315 / room / week /cash . Fees must be payed at check in , and weekly there after. Check in Sunday at 5 pm. Check out Sunday @ 9 am. Private message us if interested , please tell us a bit about yourself. We are looking for a good fit for our home. If your not happy here, you have no commitment to stay.
