| 1 room in a 5-bedroom house (on Paris Boulevard, Waterloo) is available starting January 1st 2024 with option for early move-in. $600/month + utilities which are divided equally among all tenants each month. The house is located on the west side of Waterloo near Costco. The upstairs rooms are occupied by 2 girls, and 2 guys – a mix of students and recent graduates. We have a TV in the living room and shared dishes/appliances in the kitchen. The basement room is for rent (11 ft x 17.5 ft). The room comes furnished with bed, desk and has a closet. Washroom will be shared with one other person. No parking is available on the property. There is a bus stop a short walk from the house, and it is around 20 mins to the University.
