| Looking for a female or male student from Georgian college to board in the top floor of my four story house located at the bottom of st Mary's hill. Walking distance to grocery store or downtown area. Stair case to top floor is not wide and can not fit just any mattress up. So there is mattress available you can come and view both bedrooms I have clothing racks on wheels and basement storage space to offer as well and a long dresser that is empty and available. The mattress that is up there won't come down and there is an off suite tiny living room space to the room. One parking spot available Back yard that is fenced in with fire place. One male cat with us that is very loveable Seperate shower and seperate washing machines for the boarder In need of someone quiet and reserved since I have a young daughter that is in school.
