| Hello everyone! We are 3 roommates, 2 of us will be leaving for the summer so we are looking for 2 girls only to sublet 2 of our rooms! The subletting period will be from May 1st 2025 to August 30th 2024. The apartment is walking-distance (Nelson Street) to UOttawa and stores as well as the mall. $780/each room, and all utilities are included, even wifi. We are looking for 2 girls that are responsible, respectful, nice, clean, no smokers, and no partying, no pets. Things included in the apartment and for each room : ⁃ All utilities +wifi, (except hydro). ⁃ Dry cleaning available in the building - Rooms are furnished!
